Nothing has changed as far as MJNA and Dixie, however there is an ongoing dispute between them that is currently is arbitration.


MJNA still owns 60% of Red Dice Holdings LLC. RDH owns all the intellectual property and the brand Dixie Elixirs. They currently license the rights to manufacture and distribute the Dixie Brand of Products to Tripp's company jn Colorado. As of now, they don't collect and revenues from those sales in Colorado as it is still federally illegal, but that could change depending on the outcome of the arbitration.
