Call me a skeptic, but I find it hard to fathom that pot, which is just now starting to gain public tolerance, will be dispensed via vending machines. I dont care how much security you claim to invoke in the process, the fed/state govmt is NOT going to allow such a method of sale. THIS IS NOT AMSTERDAM. Cigarette machines dont exist. Alcohol vending machines dont exist. I cant get any other prescription meds in a machine either. Why would anyone think that medical marijuana is different? WHy would anyone think that recreational use of marijuana would be opened up to a vending machine access? Too much risk. TOo much liability. Too much security to maintain (cameras, vital stats to keep, purchase records etc). Even if it happened, after years of legal battle, a small company with $2,600 in the bank is NOT going to complete with Medbox or the Philip Morris' of the world. JMO.
