Jesus dude... what are you even saying? There is not one single stock that is valued by dividing (profits / outstanding shares) Seriously, prove me wrong. Go through the tens of thousands of publicly traded stocks and find one that is valued that way.

A stock price includes everything including a company's assets, liabilities, inventory, accounts receivable/payable, goodwill, future contracts, PR, revenues, shares, people's faith etc.

I'm amazed at how many people do not even have a rudimentary understanding of investing. Half the people do not even know the difference between O/S and A/S, but offer predictions like they are modern day Nostradamus.

And what's up with the whole "Oh I went to the meeting, big things are coming, but I'm not going to say what it is" crap. If you went then just say what went down. It's not hard.
