Had the attorney call the T/A we talked to him on Monday. Based on that information we held our position. The company will address the unusual trading in the stock with an official press release. That is what we were told! Gentleman seemed very sincere in his comment and actually stated he is sick and tired of the phone calls from shareholders. Ripleys believe it or not right now until the company posts officially to its shareholders. jmho

Simple, an you just can't be this dumb. Since Jan 31 there were almost 2 billion shares traded with good news. We attempted to contact the T/A during this time for share clarification but with no return calls, just like you claimed. Now when we got an attorney to call and leave a message that only attorney's can leave, guess what? We got a call back! I will repeat what he said in appreviated form: NO DILUTION, Tired of phone calls from shareholders and company will address the shareholders shortly re the shares trading! Was that a simple enough explanation? If not then too bad!
