I don't think the 18 million shares have been available on the market 2 or 3 weeks ago. In December and January the market was so thin that with less than half of the 18 million shares the stock would have gone above 1 cents.
Also most shareholders sit on a loss. They did not sell the stock end of 2013 to close the chapter. Why should they do it now, still at a huge loss, when fantasy is giving a comeback ?

Most people I know did not sell a single shares. Most I know did either sell last year or did slowly accumulate over the past months.

The authorised capital is 300 million shares. 126 million issued. There is still debt on the book. Could be the 18 million shares have to do with the debt balance. First time debt was converted was back in September. About 6 months ago. Did a lock up period expire ?

I don't know where the 18 million shares do come from nor who bought 'em but for sure it was not regular trading.

TCPS Management, I estimate, control/hold about 30% (= 40 million shares) of the outstanding shares (I don't think the PIG would do all the work for a smaller position).
Some of us here on the board hold between 1 and 5 million shares.
I estimate our group to be about 25 people or about 50 million shares. Now do your math. No room for the 18 million shares. That must be stock that was on the market first time.

Easy comes and easy goes. Would not buy into the hype. Hold my powder dry. Falling back to 0.003 and I'm a buyer again.
I'm wrong and it is not falling back but going up to the moon. Great, I have a decent position. Either way I relax. Lycon will fix it for me.
