You can not put a Company in to recievership while protected by conservatorship.
FnF are NOT BK.

Have you seen the previous 8Q's profits? Ridiculous that you would even think that this is possible.

Furthermore, Once FnF directors apply to remove Cship, Uncle Sam relinquishes all rights and control of the Company(ies) and the control goes back to the shareholders.

And now that we are on the subject, the fidicuary duties as a Conservator is to protect and conserve assets and to release from Cship once the Company has proved it is able to stand alone without outside assistance.

So who's breaking the rules you ask?...easy answer...Uncle Sam is prohibiting, taking, raping, stealing, all the profits from FnF PROHIBITING them from moving forward with their business.

It's SO OBVIOUS Uncle Sam is guilty, nothing else.
