Vapor Group Inc (VPOR)

This appears to be a pretty awesome play. I see all the info about the merger... Vapor Group being huge, etc. If it all pans out, I can see one of the major tobacco companies eventually buying them up (like Lorillard Inc did with another ecig brand). All would be great for shareholders. That being said, Im a bit nervous. If this is so great, why isn't the big money/smart money flowing into it? The old saying, "If its too good to be true, it probably isn't", is playing in the back of my mind. Thoughts?
