IPO if you read the PR in question they clearly state the name of the company, it just so happens that they share the same initials as this APWC. But in the PR/Press Release they state on two(2) separate areas of the PR/Press Release the stock symbol which completely different.

After all Finra and Sec okd them the name they have that shares the same initials as this company. You or whoever can report it but Im quite sure it wont go anywhere as its a legitimate name that belongs to them and they specify the stock symbol.In the US if your company for instance is "Standard Energy Corporation" you can refer to your company as SEC!! Especially if in the PR/Press Release you list your company name. FINRA knows that and so does the SEC.
