Barry and Lisa fleeced the company and it's shareholders for all it was worth, stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars annually, stealing travel and ent. Expenses, dumping private placement shares on innocent investors with bad intentions, s.e.c. Investigation is already underway, IMO, criminal charges will follow IMO, finally they will end up behind bars where criminals belong. The whole is too deep and it can't be fixed, game over boys and girls, sorry but true. The debt has crushed the company, the greed has crushed the shareholders, they have burned through all the cash, and have lost the trust of all the private placements suckers/shareholders. I would expect to see a bankruptcy filing before the end of the year.
