LASERS, As you know, many of us rely quite a bit on the facts you bring to the board. However, the take-away from two of your posts today is not clear:

88664 wrt Teva-ANI Pharma comparison to Elite-Mikah

88657 wrt structure regarding the 500 IPS units

I, for example, mostly just want the bottom line on these--like, is it good for us longs? Do JT and NH have as much skin in the game as before? Are their interests aligned with ours exactly as much as they were before or has their risk gone down while our risk has gone up?

Many of us care only about how the facts translate to what we really care about: the safety and ongoing success of our investment. Please help wrt the Big Issues being discussed right now!
