Pharma sleuth explained it last night. The same formula is inherent for a forward split. So if you use the same logic put forth incorrectly, the common shareholder and Epic could vote to forward split the stock thus wiping out the preferred. What does it all mean? It means that all the nonsense about reverse split protection was misguided and false.
