Here is your main problem. All of the supposed negatives have been proven to be false. Little is new here except the creation of the I preferred. So if people sell out of a misguided understanding or false reading of the 8k, then good luck to them.

The truth is that as an actual long term investor with a factual understanding of what the 8k says, my long term prospects just increased with this 8k. The stock could run on Monday and it could go down on Monday.....but the fact is that this company is now poised and positioned for a bigger partnership. And this 8k is good news. I am not going to worry about people's misinterpreted reading. I focus on the truth.
