Kool, even with your interpretation its a lot better response than Google gave VRNG and Facebook gave DSS previously.

Facebook is playing stall ball with DSS - Apple is saying "Lets go".

Google lied to VRNG about their work around and even placed one of their own employees as the new head of the US Patent Office. Now that's what I call "hardball".

Apple on the other hand is saying "we don't agree - prove it" to some of the complaint and in fact agreed with DSS on multiple other statements made by DSS.

This really tells a story of how different companies operate.
