If I may throw my two cents in:
If WNTR is to uplist to the Amex or Nasdaq this year, then there may very well be reverse split. And whether there is further dilution, the companies value will undoubtedly increase from the current low, (significantly low)valuation.
Whether they complete all the deals or not, which I don't expect them to, as I expect them to complete even better deals and forego some current announced deals, or return to previous deals at later date if new and better opportunities come along to divert their attention and allocation of the financing from the investment bank. So either way, the income and asset values will increase yearly or perhaps quarterly. The heavy and hard lifting is going on now, and it is obvious, the company is looking to accumulate and raise capital. I believe and have no doubts, that Frank and the WNTR team is looking to add and provide value to the current and future shareholders. However, I'm a little reserved to say we are going to blast through to the type of numbers I've seen lately. Originally the majority was happy to achieve .01-.05, with a nice goal of "pennyland".
I for one will be glad to see trading above .01, anything above that will be a treat, and I believe if with a reverse split, getting on the larger exchanges the stock will continue to rise, but the cost of entry will be significantly higher and the growth acceleration may be slower. This is a long term play before you have to worry about bailing out. But I caution anyone from counting on it getting up to levels that are circulating lately in the recent posts (not that I don't want it there, but I like to have our feet firmly planted and make decisions based on the most logical expectation, and be flabbergasted if we are all delightfully surprised. Frank and the team are real, and unless he puts out a shareholder update of targets, I think we are falling in to hype crap of other boards of outrageous speculation. The DD has been great, and I have every confidence this is solid investment at this level. Just don't over expect these 100-1 returns. I say 3-1 1 is very good, and 5-1 great, 10-1 take it and run, and let some ride.
