Neither one of you answered my question about the number of shares entitled to vote and percentages, showing a total of possible shares being 573,735,000.

Does that figure represent the current O/S was what I am more interested in than biased positive or negative opinions that have no bearing here. I realize facts can get in the way of agendas, but I'm asking for a fact, that I actually do not know. My thinking is anyone holding outstanding shares is entitled to vote. If 88.2% represents 506,000,000 shares, then the total shares = 573,000,000 shares.
