How about March 3, 03:37:30? That would be 30 seconds after 3:37 am.

PS. Why in the world did you go through all the mental contorsions regarding am/pm noon/midnight?
Why don't you just use Standard (AKA Military) Time, which is based on a 24 hour day? 24:00:00 is Midnight (end) of the previous day and 00:00:10 is 12:00:10 am for the beginning of the next day.
