I have tried to stayed balanced, but I have now come to believe that unrequited expectations only sully an already very damaged stock. This is why I try to redirect and point out the facts at hand. When GERS opened a new round of litigation the PPS was around 0.02. I knew what was going to happen and immediately jettisoned my 4 million shares; turned out to be a good idea as when I bought back-in (after KK was no longer CEO) I am able to hold more than order of magnitude more shares and put away much of my initial stake. So, I have backed-up my beliefs with action and I caution people not to get too excited -- yet! We still have a long tortuous road ahead.
