This is a civil case, not a criminal case. There is NO possibility of a judgement that would include jail/prison time. This is only about the possibility of redistribution of assets.

There is the possibility of a separate criminal case, and the state (not PPJE) would file that file, but that has no bearing on the outcome of the civil case.
