I was happy to see Manu answered my question on twitter. The 50M in the filing is probably the preferred shares (in line with the 14c). The real question is will they change that 500,000 to 5,000,000,000? I question that, because that would be a huge typing error. Probably wishful thinking on my part, but my instincts tell me the number will be lower than 5B.
