For sure they will make money. No doubt people at the helm will turn this positive for themselves. I was tempted to buy some EXBX just before the announcement. I was sure there was something going on having seen the upward trend, but having seen the PR this looks like dilution hell!! I don't understand how people are not getting this.

The R/S itself sounds not too bad as it would bring up the price. However issuing 40mio POST SPLIT shares for taking over the new company is ridiculous!!!

Let's see how they spin it and how long it takes until reality settles on this board... JMHO & good luck to all! Maybe I am missing something but for now, I don't see how this could work well for existing holders.
