BOCA RATON, Fla., Feb 13, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- DirectView, Inc. (OTCBB:DRVW) the leader in full-service, high-quality, cost efficient videoconferencing technologies and services, announced today that they have completed installation and services for AvMed Health Plans, Florida's largest not-for-profit health plan. AvMed has contracted with DirectView to implement their videoconferencing solutions and custom conference room audio and video solutions. To date DirectView has billed AvMed in excess of $75,000.00.

AvMed has purchased the DirectView solutions which enable them to collaborate with remote locations. The solutions can be used for administrative meetings, human resources, training and countless other items.
