It depends on what they announce they are doing with it. They may do nothing with it too. If they merge with Epic sure it would dilute in preferred but not common and your shares would be worth more. If they partner with a drug company for ART it would dilute in preferred but your shares would be worth more....Also these would be preferred shares and not common so dilution is relative.

Your market cap will still be OS x PPS and your shares worth more. Same with a financing deal done in I preferred but they already had LPC for that....
