It tanked because people thought they were just telling the exact same news and people were expecting concrete news on making the deal. I believe everyone missed the one sentence in the news that they are in negotiations and will be announced in 7 TO 10 DAYS. When people read it again they will see that and it will run up for 7 to 10 days. An extremely easy play. The anticipation of the news will be the catalyst for a 7 to 10 day run up. IMO easy $.10 to $.15 this week.
