I wouldn't feel sorry for those who bought at the offering price of 7.5 cents. The stock is at 8 cents, a gain of 6.7% over the offering price. And that's just over a few months...so annualized that's like 13% or more.

That's a heck of a lot more than most other investments.

Not bad. AND folks had an opportunity to buy at 4 cents to boot.

Can't beat that.
