Regulation FD laws.

What are they and why am I explaining them?

The FD stands for fair disclosure. By law, a company cannot disclose information that would influence price per share and not make it public or available to all shareholders.

That being said, anyone who went to the shareholders meeting might have felt a confident sentiment leaving but the company did NOT disclose ANY information that you or I should know of. Again, this is a law.

So remember this when people come to this board pumping and saying they know of something that is going to send this to the moon. Give me a break..
