Just a thought but for those that hold warrants and want to flip them when the right time comes they would no be able to do it as fast as u would think. There is a restriction on warrants which means once u exercise the warrant u will have to wait at least couple of months to get certificate from the company and some one here stated that it is almost impossible to deposit pin sheet cert. so talk to ur broker (i was told that in scottrade ) and after u get ur shares there is a restriction on when u can sell them. Not sure how long but u cannot sell them right away. Another thing that is confusing to a lots of people is for example: if there are warrants that expire at the end of this year and everybody that owns warrants decides to exercise them than company have to issue additional(new) shares to cover the warrants and that will lift the number of outstanding shares that we have now. If there are 2 million warrants and strike price is $1.50 then they would get 3 million dollars but would have to issue new shares for those warrants. Please correct me if i am wrong. TIA
