Fred has just responded, I guess they keep very busy with the business, even on Friday night.

"The notice is for a proposed sale - but not an obligation to sell. Since being hired full time in 2007, I have invested approximately $150,000USD in to shares in Destiny (not including a loan I made). I am simply wanting to remove an amount to finance a residential purchase. It's not required that I sell and would only do so in favorable circumstances."

IMO, it is just what we have guessed. Nothing to worry about.
