Shapiro knew this counter-claim was coming; it's a common tactic to muddy the waters and force a lower settlement amount.

I'm reading through PFE's answer, there's some VERY important info in there regarding the development of the ILNS patents that we need to digest. On the surface, it looks very good for the future.
