Documents from the pre-trial conference are now available for viewing. Looks like we have a trial on our hands. PFE is also filing a counter-claim for breach of confidentiality based upon the press releases ILNS issued after they signed their agreement. Looks to me like a desperate attempt to put more pressure on ILNS, it's a very weak counter-claim argument.

This is going to be very interesting over the next few weeks.
