Today news isn't really a news. This news already came out on the Jan 28, 2014. The settlement terms had been set under "confidential." I doubt they will disclose any details info regarding this settlement on next Wed's CC. The shorts will drive this back down again after the longs' celebration. It would be a miracle if the gain is hold up this time.
