Personally I don't believe there is anyway you are long this stock. All you keep doing is throwing out hints about the dangers of this company selling shares when it has been proven wrong each and every quarter. Mr James said that they would have to file ahead of time before selling any shares and that should prove that the company is not selling shares and prove to those who state this, that their post are dead wrong!

Plus, Why would they sell shares when they JUST RECEIVED $3 MILLION DOLLARS?

So why do you continually insist on throwing this out there? You won't call the CEO when I tell you he would be happy to take your call to assure you. There has to be some underlying motive here somewhere!

If you don't trust management why don't you sell and invest elsewhere and do us all a big favor? Who invest in a company and then post this stuff that has been proven false over and over again?
