Oil would probably be best. However, if a gas fired power plant is actually built then it would be a fast and inexpensive way to utilize the gas and quickly generate cash flow. Kenya will need more electric energy and a gas find in Kenya certainly would be a natural source of energy for power plants. no need for LNG facilities to export, use it all at home.
