Doesn't seem like enough volume to have dropped it by almost 50% from the high. I would say that the MM's want this to stay in check as to not alert screeners. At this point it's worth a penny plus. Not selling till I see at least a few pennies. Someone still aquiring shares here in a preload fashion IMO.
