PROGRAM OVERVIEW
As the October 1st deadline approaches, hospitals and providers are still putting the pieces
together. This program will take a strategic look at getting ready for October 1st and beyond.
We’ll hear some of the positive benefits to ICD-10 from nationally-known revenue cycle leader,
Andrea Clark. She’ll focus on change and the data innovation opportunities that shouldn’t be
overlooked. We’ll also hear recommendations and best practices for the home stretch. Finally,
we’ll conclude with an interactive panel of providers and payors talking about their progress
and work yet to be done. This program will be tactical and motivational- geared to help focus
providers on best practices, the work ahead, and the opportunities that can be capitalized on
along the way.
