I've been going over Hippo's DD again to see if I could find anything to explain the low pps. I couldn't......it's solid. WNTR should have been trading in the .02's for the past month at least. Frank is the only pennyland CEO that has called his shots and hit some good home runs but still the pps is low. A locked float along with the steady stream of info released should have this stock smoking. At least this points to a good future, we just don't know when.
