Leafly may have more hits and generating revs,
but they've really marketed their product. While Budgenius
has had very little marketing, to me there's just tons
of upside here, both in terms to the retailer, who
can go on using BudG and feeding the front-end data
warehouse, and to the physician, dispensary, and
collective who can switch over to Planner for a more-
comprehensive look on how to treat patients.

No brainer to me!
