Yes I am sure current NBRI shareholders will get shares of RGI.

Shares don't have to be equal 1 for 1 amounts. You may get 3 shares of RGI for every 1 of NBRI. Or 1 share of RGI for every 3 shares of NBRI.

There are a hundred different scenarios. The bottom line is current NBRI shareholders will get shares of both companies.

Just because the AS is higher for RGI may not have anything to do with the Ruby. They could be making room for other mine acquisitions down the road.
