BAXA shows all signs of being a respected ,well run organization.
Since integrity is a vital part of that reputation,Why would they advertize on their web site in January that turnaround time on orders is 90 days,if they couldn't meet that already extensive waiting period? First in line gets first delivery,so the early birds should receive units the end of March or early April as planned. Conceivably they may have many more orders than planned that requiire manufacturing to catch up,but even I will not complain about that.
I have been around such tooling movements most of my working life and there is no reason whatsoever that first delivery will not be made within that period. Because the manufacturing contract was officially noted in February does not mean some work was not initiated much earlier.
In fact if you look through all those posts that you save on everyone you will see that last July when U of M accepted I cautioned about at least a three month delay for revising , upgrading,and possibly starting a molding system from scratch,when final, proof of product was achieved.
Now if BAXA agrees with me that a three month delay is anticipated ,why would you figure 6 months.
You have absolutely no clue about the financial situation since December. BAXA could have submitted funds in advance, CDEX could have acquired (or promise of)some finacial support in the interim, so why would you spread such garbage,unless you still believe that the scam continues.
Do you actually believe that the rest of the posters here are so stupid that they are not aware of the problems that management faces,and need advice from you?
You admit there are no new buyers, so whom are you trying to impress.
