Another thought and I may be speaking out of ignorance but what does the financial backbone look like?
What I mean is does this bypass banks? I Intellipay a middle man with a percentage take? If so here is how I see it working.
Customer charges their Intellipay device with credit card or other means. Costumer purchases from dispensary using the device which also confirms patient status. Money is then transferred from Intellipay to the dispensary account. Probably an Intellipay account which may then be accessed by the dispensary via Intellipay. Simplistic breakdown but may be along these lines. No banks involved. It wouldn't be FDIC approved but if they can be trusted, which seems the case, it has to be better than cash.
