I asked this yesterday but no one answered so I will ask again

No dog in this fight yet but have been watching. The big asks are people trying to discourage buyers as they try to walk the price down as they accumulate. After reading through this board and understanding that Walgreens will be making a settlement which is likely to be sizable based on my DD, the trading is obvious.

A lot of money at stake here and a low cap.

I understand they are owed millions maybe 10s of millions from another lawsuit but haven't been able to collect yet and it is still in court. Is that correct?

That was just PR'd...They do expect to collect that 30 million too and doesn't that set a level for the case with Walgreens. I am trying to understand this one.
