Again look at the active mms on level 2. This isn't in real hedge fund territory...couple here and there. The big dogs only invest in .10 plus small cap companies. I did my DD on this check any stock over .10 and you will see what I mean. Check any OTC company that was in single digits then hit .10....more stability and true evaluation. Once a stock hits over .10 it hits the big boys radar.
