I agree the float and outstanding increased. All you have to do is look at the filings. I never said that they didn't increase.

Increased by the S8's . some given out for work done, some as restricted, and some as options. That's why the float is lower than the outstanding.

It's no different than many companies with employee compensation plans or give shares for services complete.


Your going to argue about the A/S and Float when 2 HUGE things just occurred!

$30M Contract is Huge.

Plus the $700 increase in rev from the audit and reduced expenses.
