I just hope bringing friends/previous colleagues on board doesn't amount to just adding another person to a gravy train at the expense of stockholders. Every time one of the NV officers brings a friend/colleague/professional acquaintance on board we end up shelling out more salary/options/low-priced shares. And every time I wonder if we are all naieve and are being used just to support yet another executive who is in need of a salary. As a three-year investor with over six figures invested, I would really like to know for sure. Although I hate to say it, I'm concerned that we are really being led down the primrose path. I hope I'm wrong.
