You're right. It is a proposed sale. He has just purchased a bunch of shares. Perhaps he's expecting a SHORT SQUEEZE and is planning to cash half of his shares. If 35-45MM of shares we'll get squeezed, the stock may go to $12-$25 pps. I wouldn't blame him, I would take a profit as well and then buy back.lol
