Yeah I agree with Jimbo. This is just a rehash of the 3 previous MOR's so there isn't any new news. Also, Yank, your assertions about the shareholder equity being reduced to only $14M, while technically correct, is just a snapshot in time and doesn't take into account future equity growth.

If you look at the trends in the MOR, they are clearly on a strong upward trend and I think in the January MOR coming out in 2 weeks we'll see a positive growth. So, if the POR was based on today's equity then we would all be disappointed but given that this is going to drag out for a long while, I have hope that we will climb back up to $30-$50 equity. I could live with those numbers just to not have shares cancelled.
