20 days from February 9th is March 1st, so until then A/S is 1.5B and the OS is virtually maxed out, so basically there is a NO DILUTION GUARANTEE. And by the looks of it, the company has just started its PR cycle to use that month to get the PPS back to its fair value. The CEO even mentioned the stock performance on his Twitter for the first time!
