Bio your calculation is correct. As an accountant I do accept your numbers. The balance sheet will tie into all YE totals. The idea that was posted yesterday about providing disclosure to enable the 100m placement is proof that there is nothing being swept under.

IMO the new team of advisors/deal makers have orchestrated the issuance of the ATM shares. After digesting all of the info starting with FT all the way to new hired/contracted affiliates and all the financing we are embarking on strong possibility of partnership IMO.
