Harvest Capital Corp (HVST)

It appears that although Harvest Capital is not a viable entity they did discover that their nameis in conflict with another company of the same name. Therefore the owner and major share holder (Mr. J. Murphy) of HVST changed the name to New Harvest Capital. To the best of my knowledge the filing numbers with the SEC will remain the same. This information has been recieved by other investors via e-mail and has not been verified, however at this point I believe them to be true.
All this from an empty shell....makes you wonder about the future here.. Current position LONG
