Points to Ponder ~~ "IF" things such as car sales, retail and a myriad of other business/employment is reportedly negatively impacted by the COLD and SNOW ----- should we not see a significant JUMP UP (versus previous lackluster winter) in SNOW PLOWING jobs, highway cleaning crews, wrecker jobs, auto shop repair, SALT sales???

Or, does that "cold excuse" only run in one direction????? <vbg>
