Hi, Matt. I like to think that budgets coming out have something to do with it, but I really don't know. I know inside trading probably does take place and it seems that the best quarter is always near the time that the company's quarterly reports come out. You have to watch the stock about two weeks before it is scheduled to come out. And, I agree with you, this is an interesting concept especially after watching quillandpenn turn his five year portfolio into $328,000,000 with forty mechanical trades. There are thousands of stocks that habitually make good growth in the summer months, let's help each other not only find them, but develop a stable for each quarter of the year and each month.
